Martyn spent his time developing further by qualifying with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as an associate member in 2009 and was already a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.
Martyn is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), an active member of the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) and has a Diploma in Surveying Practice (DipSurvPract) and CPEA (Certificate of Practice in Estate Agency).
